By accessing travaro.io and joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Travaro is an AI-powered city discovery application currently in pre-launch phase. The waitlist allows interested users to register their email address to be notified at launch. No app functionality is currently available. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in the future product — not purchasing or subscribing to any service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to join the Travaro waitlist. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Waitlist Registration

• You may only register one email address per person.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the application or any specific features.
• Early access benefits (premium access, badges) are provided at Travaro's sole discretion and may be changed at any time.

5. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Travaro related to the product launch, updates, and relevant announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on travaro.io — including text, graphics, logos, and the Travaro brand — is the exclusive property of Travaro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Travaro website and waitlist service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Travaro does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Travaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service, including loss of data or profits.
